President Xi Jinping, China: was invited but did not attend with the explanation that he was willing to send a senior official to represent him.
Giorgia Meloni, Italy: She was invited to the celebration and is expected to attend.
Javier Milei, Argentina: He was invited to the event and is expected to attend.
Nayib Bukele, El Salvador: Inevitable and waiting for feedback.
Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel: Absence is planned due to surgery, though he had an intention of joining the ceremony.
Jair Bolsonaro, Brazil: He was invited. He may attend if his confiscated passport is returned.
A Georgian President, Salome Zourabichvili, was also invited: She is still waiting for a response before attending the event.
Viktor Orbán, Hungary, invited. She is looking forward to getting persuasive feedback and likely attend.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy: has not received a formal invitation, although President Trump has already made it clear that he would be glad to have him should he wish to come.
